About Me
I am a researcher focusing on glacial lakes and GLOF risk assessment in the Himalayas.
Research Interests
- Glacial Lake Outburst Floods (GLOFs)
- Climate change impacts in high-mountain Asia
- Satellite remote sensing and image analysis
- Glacier-lake interactions and hydrology
- Disaster risk reduction in Himalayan communities
Current Role
I currently work as a Senior Research Fellow, DST’s Center of Excellence in Water Resource, Cryosphere and Climate Change, Sikkim University, where I lead/assist projects related to [short project line]. I also collaborate with national and international organizations on Himalayan research and sustainability.
